Creative Gigaworks T40 series II speakers.Adaptable to a 5,25” or 3,5” bay is a requirement for those cards.

USB is fine if I can work with the cable to keep the card inside the case in a 5,25” or 3,5” bay.

I don’t want another external peripheral around and I have a full ATX tower, no space problems inside the case. White noise and coil whine can get annoying. So high range internal cards like the Asus Essence STX II, Creative Soundblaster AE-7, Creative Soundblaster ZxR,E VGA Nu audio, etc are out of the ecuation because the cost is around 200 €. Usage: all around, music, video, games, etc.Dedicated speaker and headphones analog output (different speakers and headphones jack for have both plugged at the same time and switch with software). The most important one: compatible with Linux and Windows 10 with full funtionality and no issues or driver induced annoyances.I use that computer enough and with decent sound peripherals to justify the upgrade to a dedicated sound card. I am just annoyed about change settings and reinstall drivers every 2-3 days. (This topic: Problem with onboard Realtek sound ). After a lot of issues with the onboard Realtek drivers I am done with integrated audio with that computer.
